To use during speed training, place the unit 8-10 inches from where you would typically tee up a ball if you were using a driver in front of you. That same setup applies, 8-10 inches from your tee out in front of you, if you're using a driver or fairway wood. If using an iron, place unit 14 inches to the rear and angle face to see the back of your club at impact.
