LOWER YOUR SCORES
Golf is a game of numbers. The closer you are on every shot, the shorter the club on the next shot (you'll hit that club farther too). The shorter the club in your hand on your next shot, the closer to the hole you'll end up. The closer to the hole you end up, the fewer the strokes it takes to get down. The fewer the strokes it takes, the lower your score can go. Adding speed and distance is the fastest way to lower your scores.

Changing weights during training is easy. Slide the rings over the grip and on to the training head and reverse it to take them off.

Forget trying to figure out which webpage has the right training level. Just open up the app and your next session is ready to begin. Your speed training program will be completely laid out, with training and rest days, to easily follow along. Finish a session and mark it complete to stay on track. Or if you need to take a break, press pause on your program and come back to the same spot. Log your driver swing speeds before you begin each training session and after to see exactly how you're progressing over time.

Still figuring things out
I understand the concept of the speed training but I'm currently struggling to incorporate it to my natural golf swing. It's a learning process. I wish there's a video that explains how to transition from the launch code to the driver.
Same gains for less $$$
Very pleased with product and the app in particular. I made the error of starting swing training without a speed monitoring device. So I think I wasted the first 2 weeks of training. I heard that you have to have feedback, so I got a PRGR, & though I was so depressed with my initial 87mph swing speed, I’m pleased to say that after a few more weeks of training as well as the 10 day break, I’m not up over 100mph. I’ve even hit 100mph on the course and I’m quite pleased with the PRGR, though Launch Code & the accompanying App has been the best investment. I have friends who bought the Stack, but I’ve noticed that they don’t follow the protocols. I could be wrong, but I think Launch Code’s very manageable time commitment & protocols are going to allow me to see much better gains by the end of the year.

Speed and Sequencing
The loose weights allow for my students to work on improving their sequencing in addition to increasing their speed metrics. Both of these improvements help increase distance.
Experience has been great, with the training have picked up about 10 yards off the tee.
