We all know how speed can be a game changer. The faster you are, the farther you can hit every shot, and the easier this game can be. Not only will you realize speed gains through our X3 basic training, we've included some speed specific exercises as well.
TRAIN FOR POWER PRODUCTION
One of the keys to power production (and speed for that matter) is understanding how to utilize your muscles in the proper way and training them to react appropriately during your swing. With our pulse training exercises, you'll train your body and nueromuscular system to react with powerful movements during your golf swing.
X3 TRAINING BASICS
- Feel free to train as much as you want with the X3 SWING TRAINER ROPE. The more you train, the better your swing, tempo, and efficiency will become. We recommend working our training in to your routine on its own, but HIGHLY recommend including them in your golf swing training sessions, in order to create better synergy between your swing with the X3 and your normal golf swing.
- If you have the ability to video your swing, DO IT! Video both your swings with the X3 trainer and your golf swing on the range or course. This is an important part of transferring what you learn with the X3 about your own movements and applying them to your actual golf swing. As we all know, feel is not real...so verify it with video.
- When it comes to PULSE TRAINING, add this in while you train in the gym, while you're doing mobility work, or before or after you practice or play. While multiple times a day would be just fine, we believe it's best to work this in with other golf or fitness training.
- We recommend warming up prior to doing any physical activity, be it playing a round of golf, doing swing training or pulse training. Not only does this help reduce the possibility of injuries, it will increase your performance abilities.
