If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we'll refund your order within 30 days of the purchase date. In the case of screw, insert, or training head fitting issues, we ask that you give us the opportunity to troubleshoot and fix the problem prior to your return. After 30 days we are not able to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (or approved for return if used) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, proof of purchase (receipt), and reason for return. Please note that we will pay for return shipping if the issue has to do with your purchase not working or being damaged. We will not pay for return shipping for purchases made and being returned for any other reason other than the above. Once your return email is received, we will reply with a prepaid shipping label if eligible or let you know where to send your purchase back to.
In order to return the merchandise, you must have purchased the merchandise directly from www.launchcodegolf.com or one of our official partners. Merchandise purchased from another person, entity, or distributor not partnered with us must be returned to that person, entity, or distributor.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your return and send you an email to notify you that a refund has been processed. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Typical turnaround for a return is 2-3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with your order # and issue.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, and reason for exchange. If damaged during shipping to you or defective, we will replace the item free of charge and pay for return shipping. Once we receive your email, we will email you a Return Authorization number and Return Shipping Label to be used.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will cover shipping costs and provide a shipping label for defective or damaged items being replaced. If we can't fix the issue, we will pay for shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
