If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we'll refund your order within 30 days of the purchase date. In the case of screw, insert, or training head fitting issues, we ask that you give us the opportunity to troubleshoot and fix the problem prior to your return. After 30 days we are not able to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, proof of purchase (receipt), and reason for return. Once received, we will send you back a Return Authorization number to include with your item. This will speed up your return.
In order to return the merchandise, you must have purchased the merchandise directly from www.launchcodegolf.com or one of our official partners. Merchandise purchased from another person, entity, or distributor not partnered with us must be returned to that person, entity, or distributor.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, proof of purchase (receipt), and reason for exchange. If damaged during shipping to you or defective, we will replace the item free of charge and pay for return shipping. Once we receive your email, we will email you a Return Authorization number and Return Shipping Label to be used.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will cover shipping costs and provide a shipping label for defective or damaged items being replaced. If we can't fix the issue, we will pay for shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
