Golf is a game of numbers. The closer you are on every shot, the shorter the club on the next shot (you'll hit that club farther too). The shorter the club in your hand on your next shot, the closer to the hole you'll end up. The closer to the hole you end up, the fewer the strokes it takes to get down. The fewer the strokes it takes, the lower your score can go. Adding speed and distance is the fastest way for any junior to lower their scores.

Long term speed development and maintenance requires the ability to change training parameters over time. No matter their age or strength level, your junior will be able train and meet their unique needs as they grow. Swinging the same weight over and over leads to stagnation in training. Train your juniors like the little athletes that they are, with weight changes over time to produce even faster swing speeds.

Starting speed training early is incredibly important for junior golfers looking to realize their maximum playing potential. Speed limits are set early on in a junior golfer’s career and without training for speed, junior golfers may never reach their peak speed and skill set.
THREE INTERCHANGEABLE SHAFT LENGTHS
Unlike other speed training systems for juniors, our trainers DO NOT require you to purchase a whole new set to train as your junior grows. Our patented design allows you to simply switch out one shaft for another. Whether you buy the three shafted set up front or just add on shafts as your junior grows, the savings are substantial.
OVERSPEED AND RESISTANCE TRAINING
Other trainers limit your juniors speed training options. With our dynamic weighting system and programming your junior will maximize your speed gains with overspeed and resistance training.
PROGRESSIVE TRAINING LEVELS
Our training levels were created to maximize your juniors growth. Introducing new exercises, weight changes, and rep combinations over time will lead them to new speed gains and greater athleticism. Training only takes 15 minutes 2 days per week.
EASY ON AND OFF WEIGHT SYSTEM
Changing weights during training is easy. Slide the rings over the grip and on to the training head and reverse it to take them off.
TRAIN WITH THE LAUNCH CODE® APP
Forget trying to figure out which webpage has the right training level. Just open up the app and your next session is ready to begin. Simply select the appropriate training level for your Junior above and your speed training program will be completely laid out, with training and rest days, to easily follow along. Finish a session and mark it complete to stay on track. Or if you need to take a break, press pause on your program and come back to the same spot. Log your driver swing speeds before you begin each training session and after to see exactly how you're progressing over time.
